4) Cost : Ice fee and Lesson fee

  5 days:  JP¥ 250,000  per skater

  4 days:  JP¥ 210,000  per skater

  3 days:  JP¥ 165,000 per skater

  2 days:  JP¥ 115,000 per skater

  1 day:    JP¥ 60,000  per skater

 

   *This is only for ice fee and lessons. Accomodation and transportation are not included.

***Limitation of Skaters Number : Maximum of 20 skaters

First comes and first served.  ( first 20 person submitted applications transfer money) After reaching 20 skaters, we will close applications.

 

7) Seminar Contents and Schedule : 8 hours per day ON ICE and OFF ICE Seminar

 

1. ON ICE:  5-7 hours per day

1)     4 to 5 hours of Figure Skating only sessions

                Practice programs with music

                Gary’s steps, jumps, spins, and musicalities and interesting movements seminars

                Jumps, spins, and steps

                Private and Group lessons

      2) 3-4 hours of public session (jump, spins and steps will be able to practice and not busy )

2. OFF ICE :1-2 hours per day

                Foot-Alignment positions

                Physics of Jump — Jump take off positions

                Injury Preventions self-care seminars

                Competition preparations

                Mental preparations

                Scheduling practice yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily

               Cross-Training ( Over training risks and management)      

                Nutritions for skating

                Good rest ( active / passive rest)

                How you become Olympic medalists

                                               

*   Detail daily Schedule will be announced on September 18th

−      Flying into Okayama Airport —- 45 minutes by taxi, or 90 minute by Limosin bus

−      Japan Railway “Shin-Kurashiki” Station —— 15 minute by taxi to ice arena

−      Other options

* Flying into Osaka Airport:         Airports to JR Osaka Station and transfer to Tokaido Shinkansen to get Shin-Kurashiki Station

*   Flying into Haneda / Narita Airport : Airports to JRTokyo station and transfer to Tokaido Shinkansen to get Shin-Kurashiki Station

12) Interpreter or Translator :

We provide lessons in English and Japanese.  We will have Japanese-English interpreter but for skaters who speak other language have better bring own translator or skating coach.

For Chinese skater, we recommend to bring Larry to camp and seminar.
